Look and Feel - Header background white and the Project/Administrator/History options not displaying

Hi,

I am just trying out running on your On-Demand instance and I'm trying to copy my local installation JIRA 4 look and feel settings. My header background color is white and I can't see the Project dropdown, Administrator or history dropdown. I also can't find any look and feel setting that will change these from being white. Am I missing something?
