Locked out of free cloud project

Hi!

I created a jira cloud project a couple of days ago, and it worked fine.

Now when I try to log in I get this message:

You don't have access to artemiteam.atlassian.net

Looks like your administrator has marked your account [account name] inactive. Contact your administrator to solve this issue.

But who is artemiteam? And who is my administrator?

I only created my project for ME!

Please help!

@Sara Thor welcome to the Atlassian community 

Can you confirm you are logging in with the credentials you used to create the account.  If you are using Chrome you should also use incognito mode.  I have seen it where individuals are logged into Chrome with a different account then what they used for Atlassian and that is the issue.

Hi! Yes, I wasn't supposed to use that email adress when creating a new jira project, my organization did not approve ;-)

But they reacivated my project so I could export it. I will go ahead and solve my planning problems with another Atlassian account.
