Locked out of Fisheye after upgrade to Jira 5.0rc2

I've recently upgraded our Jira server to 5.0rc2. Jira works beautifully but our Fisheye+Crucible server is now refusing all logins. Fecru was/is using Jira as its user database. So now I can't get into Fisheye to configure anything or check the auth configuration.

Any suggestions?

This problem was down to a networking issue. For complicated reasons that are irrelevant, the Fisheye server had changed its IP address so Jira was blocking requests from it. Updating the IP filters in Jira (Trusted Applications) resolved the issue.
