Locked out after upgrading jira to 4.4.x

Hi,

I was testing jira upgrade from 4.0.x to 4.4.x and moving to a new server.

Followed the steps described in the upgrade guide and used xml import to import the data into new instance.

We use ldap authentication so also copied osuser.xml from old server to new. Now, I cannot login to the new server with my ldap credentials.

Please let me know if I might have done some thing differently.

If you see Jira locked message, remove the lock file from Jira Home directory (as configured in the jira-application.properties)

Authentication is locked not the home directory. I can restart jira instance, but cannot login.
