Limit user to see only issue they submitted

Hi,

Is there a way to limit a user so he/she can see only issue they created in a specific project ?

1. Enable the "reporter browse" permission and use that in the permission scheme. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA051/Current+Reporter+Browse+Project+Permission

2. Remove access to all the other projects (this is probably the hard bit - Jira's default settings really encourage poeple to set up permissions in a way that makes it really painful in the long run)
