Limit Visibility of Attachments When an Issue Reaches a Certain Status

Hi,

I'm using Jira's Sales Pipeline template and noticed that there is no way to limit visibility on attachments or apply security levels/permissions, as these options are not available in business projects. I’m looking for a workaround or feature within this template that would allow me to restrict access to attachments or control permissions when an issue reaches a certain status.

What type of project are you using team or company managed?

Company managed projects can make use of security levels, even  business style projects like Sales Pipeline template.

As you have noted you cannot restrict access to attachments as desired. Not sure if it would work for you but maybe use Automation to remove attachments. Other than that check for possible, add on apps.
