We purchased a license for 10 users, I installed the WAR in an existing Tomcat installation. When I try to configure JIRA, it says the license key that was provided is invalid. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
There's nothing specific to the WAR installation that's different. I suspect we'll need to look up your license specifically. Please email sales@atlassian.com, that's a better channel than discussing your license in public!
I did email them, just waiting on a response and thought I would try for an answer here. I was wise enough to not put my license info here :)
