Jira still tracks the cards which had been finished and released long time ago

I found several issues about reports data on Jira. I'm keen to know if there any reasons about them so that I can make it correct or fix it ASAP.

Pls refer to below items:

1. The cards which had been finished and released on Jira long time ago. Why are they still tracked in active sprint every time when we start a new sprint?

2. The velocity report for a sprint doesn't match to the sprint report.
