Jira popup notification after changing assignment

I'm searching a way or a plug-in for popup notifications after changing the assignment of an issue.   

For example:  

The Issue "Task 32" is solved from user/assignee John
John completed his work and now its Daniel turn to review this task. 
John is assigning the task to Daniel.    

What I want: Daniel should get a popup notification in jira or in his browser "issue "Task 32" is assigned to you" 

Is there a plug-in for my problem?

There are several notification apps for Jira in Marketplace.  But I don't believe that most of them offer notifications that appear in the Jira application.  But from a bit of looking I did come across

This plugin appear to be able to provide the kind of functionality that I think you are looking for here.
