Jira plug-ins utilization data

Hi community,

We have a request from the business to provide data around app utilization in our Jira Cloud instance. We are using the following apps:

• Checklists for Jira (Pro)
• Cucumber for Jira
• ScriptRunner
• Swanly: Portfolio Roadmaps Structure Gantt, Release Timeline
• Zephyr Scale
• draw.io Diagrams & Whiteboards in Confluence

I've tried using the audit logs but it seems fetching data is not really straightforward. Additionally, there seems to be some restrictions around how far back the data goes (e.g. 180 days). Is there is another way to get this so it can be summarized and then converted in a presentable format.

Yes dig in to your projects and see if functionality is used.

Check if custom fields are used based on app functionality, and if the fields are then used.

Script runner has some overview of used functions in workflows.

In Confluence its a bit easier, if an app provides a macro you can via the settings, use macro usage to see if the apps macros are used and where.
