Jira issue: Cannot see the issue detail when open it in the new tab

The page is blank if we open the ticket in the new tab. But I still open it inside the board.

We had ongoing issues which led to this and issues were not loading and the screen was blank. It should be fixed now.

Not working for me, Getting blank page when browsing any Jira ticket.
