Hello,

Could someone please suggest the best cost effective Jira service for  less than 500 users? Would that be Jira cloud or On Prem(Server/DC) ?                                                             Also, we are using Lean kit at the moment, please list Pros/Cons of using Jira Cloud/On prem with Leankit integration?

"Cost effective" can't really be measured by just the number of users.  You need to look at how you'll be using it and what for as well.

If you mean just "cheap", then Cloud is cheaper at most sizes.
