Jira:> Log Work showing 2 blue horizontal lines (bars)

Lately users see 2 horizontal blue lines; one between date and time segment, the other between time and workedhours segment (see attached screenshot)
- Why is this?
- How to remove these horizontal lines?
When inspecting the element i notice that the horizontal lines are coded like: <hr class="tuiForm__divider tuiForm__divider- - subtle">
I havenot seen these lines in earlier versions, and havenot found any information in releasenotes stating a change to CSS or whatever in this version we use (Jira Server v7.11.1)
