Jira for Outlook not creating tickets as expected. Attachments showing as "Preview Unavailable".

For the last few days I have been having issues where any tickets I am creating from outlook are not having the attachments displayed properly in the ticket. In outlook, when I click the 'Create' prompt to create the ticket, it loads for around 15 minutes and then the ticket creation window closes and at the top of the outlook email there is an error message that reads "We're sorry, we couldn't access Jira for Outlook. Make sure you have a network connection. If the problem continues, please try again later."

 

I definitely have an internet connection. Initially I thought that it was an issue with my home internet, because the issue started when I was working from home one day. Now I am back in the office an having the same issue while on a wired connection.
