Jira: Story and User Story has same name "User Story" in italian language

In english language the issues has the right different name. In Italian Story appear how User Story. So it's impossible to distiguesd the issues.

Is possible rename the translation name of story from "user story" in original "story"?

This is an interesting use case, I suggest contacting Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ to outline how you are using stories and user stories differently. 

Generally speaking, an Agile or Scrum story is by definition a "User Story;" you can read about how Atlassian defines them here: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/project-management/user-stories.
