Hello team!
My team works on Jira as a ticketing system, so we provide help to any internal team on the company. We use the Jira status to define our KPIs, so it is key that we understand in what status the ticket is in. Recently, we got some changes that mean that the ticket status is hidden behind this toggle arrow next to Actions.
I've been trying to find a way to expand this view, but haven't succeeded so far. Any idea how can I get the status to be permanently displayed on the tickets, please? Thank you!
I recall several community posts reporting this symptom (i.e., the status is missing / hidden) in the last few weeks.
Please work with your Jira Site Admin to submit a ticket to the Atlassian Support team to have them take a look: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Kind regards,
Bill
In JIRA cloud, you should be able to extend the view by dragging the horizontal bar.
Are you not able to do that?

Hey,
Thank you for the input! I've tried pulling the vertical bar to make the view larger in hopes of having the status displayed, but no luck, no.
