Jira Software is licensed but not currently installed.

Hi All,

I am not able to create Software Project after revoke of Jira Upgrade. 

We actually tried ugrading Jira server from 7.8 to 8.2 version. I noticed that Jira SOftware is not installed. I having issues in installing the software. Kindly advise how to fix this issue.

please let us know what issue you have during installation. Waht happens if you click on Install?

@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ Hi, I can see In Add-ons->Manage Apps-> System Components : Version of Jira is 8.20.14, But we actually use 7.8 Version.

That's not important, you need to look at what is going wrong when you try to install Jira Software via "manage applications".

When you click on "install/upgrade" in there, what do you get in the atlassian-jira.log in the home directory?
