Jira Service Desk Cloud : Customers not receiving notification when issue assigned.

we added Reporter for issue Assigned in Notification Scheme.

I am having this same issue. I can't find the preferences anywhere to enable email notifications when people submit a request, or when the rest of my group is assigned to an issue...

Frustrating.

Any help with this would be great. Thanks.
