Hi all, How do i reset someone's password for JIRA? do i need any special privileges on JIRA to complete this action?
I do have a similar query.
A agent in JSM has forgot his password, shall I send do the same thing by prompting him to reset password.

A few more details would help us in order to help you back :) (are you running on cloud or on premise? do you use an external active directory, or do you have locally your users?)
For starter:
However, if you are having your users locally, you can always navigate to your instance and start the procedure manually for your user, if you know his email address. Does that make sense?
