Hello,

I am testing Jira Advanced Road Map.

I don't want that my interaction as project manager notify all member when i compute an update of my plan.

If I update my plan to get the new dead line it change all the "Target Start" and "Target End" it is ok for me since this field is not used by the developpement Team and created by advanced roadmap.

But if i apply all changes, it's fire modification changed event and all the team get notification about somethink out of there scoop.

Does it any way to block such notification ?

Regards

Hi @Nicolas Mantelier and welcome to the Community,

I noticed this question has been unanswered for a while, so jumping in here. Yes, this is possible. Your changes are only saved from your plan into Jira when you click the blue review changes button. On the dialog that allows you to review your changes, there is a small check box that lets you decide to send notifications or not. If you choose not to send notifications at that point, your users will remain spam-free.

That selection is also remembered for the next time you push changes through, so you don't need to switch the setting on and off every time.

Hope this helps!

Hi Walter,
Thank you so much for your answer.

Indeed i see this checkbox with JiraCloud but I don't see it with Jira Server.

This fonctionnality also available with Jira Server ?

In any case  we will have to move to Jira Cloud or any other alternative so it just for the meantime.
