Jira: How can I add custom labels on issue board?

I need to add/remove some labels on issue board. Is there anyone to know this?

To me it sounds that what you want to change is the name of the columns in the top. (Note that the term "label" has a completely different meaning in Jira.)

For that, go to the board configuration and you can rename the column as you wish.

For next-gen boards, it is quite similar.

Hi Ahmad,

To add, first make sure that in the incidents configuration, you have the "Label" field visible, you may have it configured so that it is hidden when it is empty.

Once this is done, to create a label, just type in the field the name you want and then to remove them from the issue, just click on the "X" and it will disappear from the issue immediately.

What do you mean this "incidents config"?! I have Kanban board, and I should change labels like in progress, done, ..

Well to remove the labels, deleting them is enough and to add them you just have to create and move them on the board
