Hello,

When adding Epics one has the ability to add an item to the sub-list "Issues in Epic" in a simple quick way.  Is there a way to do that with features?  Currently one has to create a new user story, then link it to the feature, but it would be nice to follow the same path as for epics - clicking the plus symbol next to issues in epic then creating a new user story etc.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Philip ,

Try to show epic panel and assign an issue to this epic when you create issue.

Hi @Philip,

In Jira(without any plugins for hierarchy). the hierarchy goes like below

Epic

Standard issue types(story, Bug, Task, New Feature, ...)

            Sub-Tasks

The "+" in epic(issues in epic) lets you to create it's child issues(which is feature/epic/bug/...)

The "+" in Feature(Sub-Tasks) lets you to create it's child/sub-tasks

But  using "+" in Feature(Issue Links) you can't create new story/bug/tasks.... But only can link existing issues

Leo
