Jira CustomField plugin configuration page

Good day.

I am very new at Jira development and I have created a table CustomField plugin (for Jira Software), I need to create a page to configure the initial value of the CustomField(configure the table headers etc), visible only to those with administrative rights. How should I proceed?

I have found the "Set default value" page to be more than adequate for what I need. This has solved my problem!
