Hello,

Would like to close Jira tickets automatically based on certain text in description via Jira Automation rule.

Could you help with this.

Note: These jira tickets being created by a another automation rule based on reporter email id.

In its simplicity the automation would look something like this:

In this example I am using the issue field condition to see if the description contains the phrase, but you could also do this with smart values.
