JIRA software: Configure Issue Layout not found

Hi,

I am trying to find Configure issue layout: field so that I can hide/ re-arrange some of the system generated fields on my issue 

I was expecting the configure button (Item 4) on the issue as per the Atlassian forum, shown in screenshot 1.

However, I don't see the button in my JIRA software issue, shown in Screenshot 2.

I understand that the answer was for JIRA core in the Atlassian forum, whereas I am using JIRA software.

Have you checked to see if there is an add on that will provide the same feature? I tried searching but I was not able to find much.

@Roy Dan what you are looking for is only available on cloud which is why you can't find it
