Hi, my JIRA gets constantly disconnected from Confluence. What can I do?
Hi @Pilar Sabio welcome to the community. What do you mean by 'disconnected from Confluence'? Is this something that is happening for all users, or just yourself. Have you tried a different PC or different browser? If so, do you have the same experience? Are you using a VPN? Have you tried using a different internet access method? Have you tried removing your browser cookies and flushing your internet cache?
That's a couple of things to try to isolate the issue. If you're still having issues, with your Premium license, I would suggest having your System Administrator contacting Atlassian Support and they can look at your Cloud instance and see if there's anything going on there.
