Hi hesh,

I suspect the problem might due of third party plugin you have installed recently that has crash/corrupted with JIRA plugin cache.

Please try to rebuild your plugin cache again in JIRA Home Directory:

  1. Stop JIRa
  2. Remove the file content in $JIRA_HOME/plugins
    • .osgi-plugins.
    • .bundled-plugins.
  3. Remove all file content in $JIRA_HOME/caches.
  4. Check the installed plugin compatibility athttps://marketplace.atlassian.com/or refer to the 'diagnosis' section above to determine incompatible plugins.
  5. Remove all incompatible plugins fromJIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins. (The required plugins can be installed later after restarting JIRA usingUniversal Plugin Manager.)
  6. Start JIRA.

If the problem persist, I suggest to remove the minyaa plugin and re-perfom the above steps again. If the error not happen, kindly recheck other plugins in your JIRA and try remove them and retry install minyaa again.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

John Chin
