So we have a request to get notified when user get to a certain transaction, the first thought i have was "ohhh, custom events!". So I created a custom events call "Approval Event" and change one of the workflow from Generic Event to that event. I then set my notification by adding leads for that Approval events. Well when I was testing this, I am getting 0 email. I tried different email address, but nothing is coming out. I cant find anything in the logs either. Thoughts?

If you have updated the Notification Scheme to include the required people and also workflow to fire the event, nothing else is needed. Am at loss to suggest what else could be the problem.
