Do we have any mechanism to use any function or code that can be assigned or embedded inside JIRA service desk to make JIRA tickets from customers assigned to my company helpdesk team randomly or on round robin scenario without assigning them manually. can you help me to do it.
Any update on this for JIRA 7 or JSD? we need this functionality and it would seem that if you could add it to a release?

This need to be added, seriously, for those with teams this is ideal that way agents dont cherry pick requests.

Currently there is no way to randomly assign issues between team members. The only possible option is auto assign all tickets to a certain user using a post function.
