The advisory only has patches for 4.3.4, 4.4.5, 5.0.6.

We are running Jira version 4.4.3. Is there a patch availble for this version to resolve the vulnerability outlined in the Advisory 2012-08-28?

Hi, what you will need to do is to update to 4.4.5 or greater before applying any patches. I think the usual policy is that Atlassian will only patch the latest dot version of a major release.
