JIRA — Internal Server Error

i just moved JIRA from Windows to Linux, before import backup everything is normal.

After JIRA shows below error message:

JIRA — Internal Server Error Error reference: 11eacee5-05c1-46b6-9748-9e1f58e122da Unable to render full error details at this time. Please consult the error logs for more information.

the log shows below information:

2019-05-31 09:39:46,159 http-nio-8080-exec-16 ERROR anonymous 579x20x1 xh1gc1 172.30.34.22 /favicon.ico [o.o.core.entity.SequenceUtil] [SequenceUtil.SequenceBank.getNextSeqId] Fill bank failed, returning null

 

i don't know how can fix the problem, need help!!!

Hi Jason, i am seeing the same issue here, ending with the instance does not start up. Did you manage to find a solution to this?
