JIRA Build Notifier URL is not Auto Populated in Jenkins

Hi

I am evaluating the "Jenkins Plugin for JIRA" by  Marvelution. 

Installed the plugin version 1.5.6 on JIRA 6.4.6 Standalone instance. Installed the required plugin on  Jenkins side as well.

The application link and integration work as expected.

But, I am unable to add the JIRA Build Notification on Build Job as the JIRA Build Notifier URL is not auto populated. As per the documentation this field is supposed to be auto populated.

Is there any fix for this ? 

Would it be possible to generate the url in anyway ?

Fixed locally by restarting JIRA followed by application link reconfiguration.
