What other differences between the systems are there?

I think I had something like this awhile back and I can't remember what ultimately it was but, try checking permissions on the application directory and subdirectories.

Try increasing timeout to -Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=600. Also check catalina.out for any errors.

Hey Amit,

i have the same Problem, did Andris hint help you?

Hey Sven .. it's long back .. but as far as I remember above point didn't help me out .. I think I switched to some lower version of jira . More importantly, jira takes around 650MB at startup itself .. so you shud run it on atleast 1GB ram . Thanks Amit Aggarwal
