Issues form other projects are only visible in Automation Edit Mode

I was wondering if this behaviour is correct.
If I select a structure in a project, containing issues from another project, I see the issues within the structure only when the Automation Edit Mode is on, otherwise not. When I go to the project containg the issues, the structure displays these issues. I am Administrator and have access to all projects. Is there any setting or is this the default beahviour?

Hi Walter,

Glad you have asked. When you view a structure from a project's sidebar menu, there is a permanent Transformation in effect, filtering the structure down to issues in the current project. And when you enter Automation Editing, any transformations are switched off to avoid mix-ups. The behavior is intended.
