Hello , we have an issue with the payment, our support just bought the licence for Server, but we need Cloud

so can we change this ? From Server to Cloud?

You need to open a case at support.atlassian.com as this is the Atlassian User group, we have no insight into billing.

I tried to do this, but I can't open a case. It seems repeat the same loop again and again.
