We have an issue with an user while all the others work fine.
Basically, if I create an Issue and I assign it to a specific user, the ticket does not appear in the board. If I assign the ticket to any of the other users, the ticket appears to the board.
How is it possible that possible?
Hello, Good day. We list issues on the board based on the JQL query used on the board. Please go to board settings >> general and check the JQL filter query used on the board. I believe the query could be based on the specific user. Thanks
