Issue with PAT Integration between Jira Datacenter and Git Hub
Dear Community,
I am writing to address an issue we are currently experiencing with the integration between Jira Datacenter and Git Hub using the Personal Access Token (PAT) method. Specifically, we have a user who has successfully registered their PAT on their profile, but is unable to create branches.
Strangely, when attempting to connect to Git using the same PAT, the user is able to view the repository list without any issues. We are unclear as to why this issue is occurring, and would appreciate any insight you may have.
