Issue navigator not visable

Hi,

I installed JIRA for the first time but I'm having some issues regarding Access Rights I think.

Access is handled through a Crowd installation that reads from our Active Directory.

Global Permissions are setup like this. System admins and Admins --> AD/Domain Admins.

Users, Create Shared objects and Bulk Change --> AD/All

Browse Users, Manage Group Filter Subscriptions --> AD/IT

The project permisions are set up like this. Admin, Dev, user are AD/Domain Admins, AD/IT, AD/All

My AD user is present in all three groups. It can access the administration etc, but when I create a project (with or without me as lead) I can't see it. I can't use the issue navigator, ... Basicly I can't use any of the basic features. I allways get an error relating to access rights. What am I doing wrong :(

Apparantly I wasn't patient enough. After typing this out everything seems to work. Very odd, but it works now.
