Issue in exporting JQuery, some field inputs missing after export

Sherwin Soriano October 3, 2024

Is there an issue wherein I have a query for days or story point columns with values but when I export in XLS, it does not export the values on it?

@Sherwin Soriano You could also try the Better Excel Exporter app. It exports the Story Points field values as expected.

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. It is free for 10 users!)

Hi @Sherwin Soriano ,

Please check this steps:

  • Check Field Configuration: Ensure that the fields are correctly configured in the Field Configuration Scheme and are not hidden.

  • Check Excel Export Format: Use the CSV export option as it tends to handle data more reliably than XLS exports.
