Hi. I want to configure email to issue creation feature in Jira but when I'm testing that feature I'm getting an error as: "javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE invalid user name or password while connecting to host 'imap.notes.na.collabserv.com' as user 'Helpdesk BATPrimary/India/IBM' via protocol 'imaps". Can anyone please guide me on this?

Did you verify that the credentials are correct (by using a regular mail client to connect to your mail server)?

Yes, I have verified the connection with the mail server. It is able to receive emails. Still, the above issue persists.
