In Jira, if I go to 'Issues' and 'Search' for filters against a User, I am only getting back the latest filters that have changed, and not the full list of 'Public' filters owned by that User? This is also the case if I search on my own name. But if I choose 'My Filters', I get my full list of filters.
This is also causing our Custom Charts app. to not locate pre-configured filters, that do exist in Jira. So we do not think the issue is with the plugin?
Any help greatly appreciated!
Hey @Karl Samson ~ are you the Jira Administrator? If so, can you navigate to the Admin Filters search: https://yoursite/secure/admin/filters/ViewSharedFilters.jspa
I find the Find Filters search difficult to navigate because you can only search based on Shares and not by full list by user like you can via the View Shared Filters link above....
