Is there a way to put billed hours by project in JIRA Cloud?

Hi,

I know that we can put billed hours by issue, but we need to put billed hours by project (not by issue), is there a way to do it in JIRA?

There is not a way to add a field in the UI to display the sum of hours in a project since each row returned is at the issue level. You can query on the project and make sure the you are displaying the Σ of Time Spent column.

Example, search for: project = ProjectName

Click on the "Columns" drop down and search for "Time Spent". Check the box next to Σ of Time Spent. This will give you all the hours for the issues in the project. You can then export them to excel and sum up the column.
