Is there a way to create a filter is an open ticket assigned to me AND last updated NOT by me?

I'd like to filter tickets that have been updated by the user other than me. I tried both advanced queries and and JQL but both dont have this capability.

You could try the JIRA enhancer plugin and compare against last commented, last reopened etc.. use. ?
