We have been usign ServiceRocket's SalesForce Connector, but can't make it show all the fields that a spesific Issue Type shows to a user when using JIRA regurarly.
Seems that the connector allows only:
This leaves out other fields that are important, but aren't mandatory.
Does anyone has any experience with a plugin that supports this ability?
You can actually do this with some built in JIRA functionality. Take a look at Creating Issues via direct HTML links. This will show you how to create some URLs with Salesforce code that can be used in buttons from Salesforce. It will pop-up a JIRA screen with pre-populated data and allow you to fill in the rest before creating the issue. Hope this helps!

But would the use of cerating tickets via direct HTML disable our ability to map & update fields to/from SalesForce?
Overall your product has a good set of tools I wouldn't like to miss due to the fact I'm using a buypass. Isn't there an option to do so from using the connector?
