Is there a plan to deprecate the use of direct Jira URL with pid and issueType parameters

Hi,

Our company is leveraging on this current Jira feature that uses the direct URL with pid and issueType to create a new user story (e.g. https://jira.of.my.company.com.au/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=23703&issuetype=7). 

We had this URL as our go to page for other users to create a request that our team needs to support.

Any plans of getting this feature deprecated?
