Hi All, I see when you want to edit steps in workflow like add a post-function, you need to put this workflow into "inactive", the only way I know to do this is to associate all projects using this workflow to some other workflows, edit the workflow and change them back. But sometimes there are a lot of projects using this workflow and it's very hard to change them, is there a better way to put the workflow into "inactive" to make it editable? Thanks.
Um, if I remember it right, I think you can make the workflow as a draft then add whatever post function you need. Afterward you can publish the workflow. At least thats how I do mine and not deactivatign the workflow from projects.
For adding steps you need to deactivate the workflow, but for adding/editing actions a draft is the way to go.
