Is the AtlassianJIRA - Plugins-Instance Health Plugin 2.5.6 plugin available in the atlassian cloud?

A client wants to migrate from inpremises server to atlassian cloud.
Is the same plugin available in the atlassian cloud too? 
And can we migrate data/settings too?

That plugin is specifically designed for Server and Data Center editions.  There is no equivalent for Jira Cloud.  But honestly, there really is not a need for this within our Cloud architecture.  In server this can be helpful to let you know when environmental factors can negatively affect your performance, but in our Cloud platform most of these are already spoken for, hence rendering this plugin unnecessary in Cloud.
