I need to notify a user when status of a test in Test case management for Jira is changed to a particular state.

I'm looking for the same feature for our team for automation test cases. I would like to simply change the status and notify the test automation team. This would allow them to immediately know when an automated script needs to be updated based on changes to the functionality. Are these notifications possible?
