Is it possible to cut the budget on any Jira task? We need maximum (x) days per Jira Task (project)?

We would like to give each task / subtask etc a maximum of days/hours. Every employee can book their hours and work on the task until the maximum of time allocated for the respective task is reached. After that no one should be able to book on this task anymore.
