Trying to find documentation from a Jira/Confluence account that has been closed.  Where can I find more information about whether docs are still there and how to access them?

Hi Nicole,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

It was not resolved. In this specific case, the sites were destroyed so we didn't have the data to restore and also there was no backup on their side to recover the information.
